As Building Services Manager, you will take full responsibility for the management and coordination of major MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) design and build packages, from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. You will be trusted to lead technically demanding packages, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure that quality, safety, programme, and commercial objectives are consistently achieved. This role offers genuine autonomy, visibility at senior level, and the chance to work on landmark schemes with MEP values in excess of £10m.
