As Building Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of projects by:

• Coordinating and appointing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Heating subcontractors.
• Overseeing the commissioning process and ensuring technical excellence at every stage.
• Providing expert support to project and design teams on all MEPH matters.
• Contributing to the development of innovative building services solutions that enhance performance and sustainability.

To succeed, you’ll bring:

• Solid experience in mechanical and electrical building services within the construction sector.
• A strong understanding of M&E principles, practices, and current industry standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• A genuine interest in innovation and the ability to help shape creative, effective solutions.
• A background in Mechanical Engineering (preferred, though not essential).
