Mechanical Design Engineer - Northamptonshire (Consultancy)

Your new company, established in 2009, is a modern and vibrant organization that is growing rapidly. Based in Northamptonshire, it has expanded from smaller projects (£2 million) to regularly securing medium-sized projects (£12 million). Your new role

This role is based in Northamptonshire with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week. You will work on a consultancy basis at various levels (Junior, Intermediate, Senior, or Principal Mechanical Engineer). Responsibilities include designing electrical specifications from briefs, communicating with clients to understand their requirements, and creating documents for tendering. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects including healthcare, residential, and industrial sectors.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced electrical engineer (considering various experience levels) with a degree or HNC qualification, or substantial experience. Experience with Amtech and Hevacomp is preferred. You should be comfortable working independently and on a variety of projects in both public and private sectors.
