We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Building Supervisor at our West Thurrock Laboratory. This is a critical role within our operation, supporting the safe and efficient running of our laboratories. You will oversee maintenance and facilities management across the building, as well as the organisation and control of sample storage, gas cylinders and replacements, and waste management for all laboratory areas.

ABOUT YOU We are looking for a proactive Building Supervisor with proven experience in overseeing daily building operations, including maintenance and facilities management. A solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential. Required skills and experience: Good verbal and communication skills

Fully UK Driving licence

Building maintenance and asset management

Facilities operations and space management

Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance

Risk assessment and incident management

Contractor and vendor management

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
