Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Surveyor (AssocRICS) based in Leeds. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting building surveys, performing condition surveys, carrying out feasibility studies, managing contracts, and handling dilapidation tasks. Day to day responsibilities include inspecting buildings, preparing reports, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring project compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS qualification (essential)
• Skills in Building Surveying and Condition Surveys
• Experience with Feasibility Studies and Contract Management
• Knowledge in handling Dilapidation tasks
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
