Key Responsibilities:

Manage repair and maintenance projects to resolve damp and mould problems, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and within budget. About You:

Qualified Professional: Degree or equivalent qualification in building surveying or a related field, and membership (or working towards) of a professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB).
