Embark on an exciting journey with a leading residential developer in London as their new MRICS Building Surveyor.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 to £70,000, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's portfolio of properties.

As an MRICS Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for a diverse range of professional services, including Party Wall assessments, Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Defect Diagnosis, External Repairs and Refurbishments, as well as project works ranging from £30,000 to £1 million.

This position reports directly to the Head of Construction, allowing you to collaborate closely with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Expertise as a building surveyor, with a strong understanding of the industry (Residential)
  • Proficiency in conducting Party Wall assessments, PPM, Defect Diagnosis, and External Repairs and Refurbishments
  • Experience in managing project works ranging from £30,000 to £1 million
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the Head of Construction and the wider team
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification
  • Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in the building surveying field
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
