Salary: £95,000 + car allowance + bonus Working pattern: Hybrid A renowned built environment consultancy are looking for a Partner to lead and grow a Building Surveying team in their Liverpool office. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for client development, growth, and business performance. You'll work across a varied portfolio including public sector, residential, education, healthcare, commercial, defence, and insurance programmes. Key Responsibilities Lead project delivery and manage key client relationships Drive business development and growth Prepare and deliver business plans Deliver core building surveying services Mentor and manage junior team members Ensure quality through technical reviews Skills & Experience MRICS qualified Consultancy experience in the Northwest Commercially focused with strong business development xehkeey skills Proven team leadership and workload management Excellent client-facing and communication skills Strong technical building surveying expertise Analytical, with high-quality report writing skills Proactive, positive 'can-do' attitude Please get in touch for a confidential dicussion.
