As a Building Surveyor, you will be working closely with surveyors, contractors and internal teams of building responsive repairs team, managing a portfolio of minor works projects to address damp, mould and condensation issues in properties. You will be predominantly site based or working in the office between appointments. Responsibilities include:Conducting DRI surveysCDM ComplianceH&S ManagementProject programmingProject Finance & DeliveryScheduling resources as requiredThe successful candidate will be educated to a minimum HNC-level in Building Surveying, or have significant equivalent experience in the industry, along with great knowledge of Building Pathology, specialising in Damp and Mould and knowledge of legislation such as Building Regulations, Control of Asbestos, H&S, Disrepairs, etc. You must also be able to write and prepare concise and accurate reports and contracts, manage budgets, and prepare and deliver programmes of works.
