Job Title: Structural Building Surveyor Location: Credenhill (Hybrid) – Covering South Wales and Surrounding Areas Contract: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE + Car/Allowance

We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Building Surveyor to support the inspection, safety and compliance of a range of specialist and strategic structures across a defence related estate.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work on unique and complex structures, including wide span buildings, historic hangars, range facilities and specialist storage infrastructure. The position is hybrid based from Credenhill, with travel required to sites across South Wales and surrounding regions.

The Role

As a Structural Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections and structural assessments across a range of buildings and infrastructure.

Structures you will be surveying include:

Large span steel framed buildings Reinforced concrete structures Historic and specialist buildings such as WW2 hangars Range facilities and associated infrastructure Explosive storage facilities Lowerable masts and towers where requiredYou will provide technical advice and structural guidance to operational teams and stakeholders, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
