Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am5pm

What Youll Do as a Building Surveyor:
Lead the way: Conduct property inspections, diagnose issues, and manage repairs from start to finish.
Champion quality: Oversee damp, mould, and disrepair works, ensuring every home meets bphas high standards.
Be the expert: Provide technical advice to colleagues and customers and supervise contractors to guarantee top-notch results.
Drive positive change: Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure repairs are completed efficiently and safely.
Make every mile count: Travel across bphas diverse communities, bringing your expertise directly to the people who need it most.
What Youll Bring as a Building Surveyor:
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Excellent IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, housing/asset management systems).
Commitment to customer care, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Self-motivation and independence.
Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and social housing legislation.
Experience with Housing Disrepair/Housing Condition Claims.
Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND, HHSRS Practitioner, CIOB/RICS membership).
