A highly skilled Buildings & Construction UK Buyer is required for a leading global aerospace organisation renowned for shaping the future of commercial and military aviation. The company drives innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable technologies across its international operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sourcing activities, including tendering and contract negotiations
Manage supplier relationships to maximise value and minimise cost and risk
Support procurement across construction and infrastructure projects
Work closely with cross-functional and multi-divisional teams throughout the full contract lifecycle
Ensure alignment with internal and external procurement standards
Key Requirements
Experience in procurement, buying, or sourcing within construction or manufacturing environments
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
Commercial awareness with a focus on cost optimisation and risk management
