About the Role IntSol Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Bus Service Drivers to join a leading UK bus operator in the High Wycombe area.
This is a full-time position offering guaranteed hours, excellent pay, and a relocation allowance for drivers moving closer to the depot.
Youll be responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and friendly bus services across the local network. With long duties, overtime options, and weekly pay , this is the perfect opportunity for experienced PCV drivers seeking a secure and rewarding role .
Pay & Benefits PAYE:
Weekday: £15.50 per hour
Weekend: £16.00 per hour
Relocation Allowance: £171.52
PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay:
Weekday: £17.37 per hour
Weekend: £17.93 per hour
Relocation Allowance: £192.22
Immediate starts available weekly pay relocation support included.

Role Highlights

Key Responsibilities Operate local bus services safely and efficiently across Buckinghamshire routes.
Provide excellent customer service and a positive passenger experience.
Keep to scheduled routes and maintain punctuality.
Complete daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with company safety and operational policies.

Requirements
Valid UK PCV (Category D) Licence
Valid CPC Qualification Card
Minimum 1 year professional bus driving experience
No more than 6 penalty points (no TT99, DR10, or CD offences)
Full flexibility for weekday and weekend shifts
Friendly, professional attitude with focus on safety and service excellence
