This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to step into a leadership role or a current chargehand ready for a fresh environment. With a new engineering management team recently taking over the depot, theres a real sense of positive change and momentum. Several engineers have already joined the team and are thriving under the new leadership structure. What the role offers: Competitive hourly pay between £25 and £27 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications and charge hand shift bonus.
A consistent 4 on 4 off day shift pattern (6am 6pm), allowing for excellent work-life balance.
