Join a high performing Finance Team as a Business Accountant and play a key role in driving commercial performance during an exciting period of growth. This 12 month fixed term contract comes with a possibility to become permanent.
You'll own accurate financial reporting, deliver sharp analysis, and partner with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions. From budgeting and forecasting to cash flow management and process improvement, you'll be central to strengthening the organisation's financial position.
THE ROLE: Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage general ledger activity and balance sheet reconciliations. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to senior stakeholders. Produce cash flow reporting and support treasury processes. Build financial models and scenario analyses. Support audits and drive process improvements.
THE CANDIDATE: ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualification. Demonstrable experience in a similar role in accounting, finance, or analysis. Strong technical accounting knowledge. Advanced Excel and excellent analytical skills. High attention to detail and strong problem solving ability. Confident communicator able to translate finance for non finance teams. Strong stakeholder engagement.
