As a Business Analysis Officer, you will work with colleagues and stakeholders on a wide variety of tasks, including gathering requirements, capturing current process flows, and identifying opportunities for improvement. We are looking for a candidate with a willingness to learn who has: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to design processes that are simple for end-users to implement. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work with managers and users at all levels. The ability to work independently and as a team player. Flexibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in business or systems analysis, project management, or data analytics is desirable. Additional Information: Contract type: This is a full time (35 hours per week), permanent contract. Salary: The salary for this position is £37,160 per annum. Hybrid Working: This role is based in Teddington, operating a hybrid working model with an agreed amount of time spent in the office and working remotely from your home in the UK.
