We're supporting a public sector organisation on a key hire within their growing automation programme.
This is an opportunity for a well-rounded Business Analyst who can own work end-to-end, not just documentation, but genuinely driving change through from discovery to delivery.
The role:
You'll play a key part in embedding automation across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and shape solutions that drive efficiency and better outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
Leading business analysis across automation and process improvement initiatives
Mapping "as-is" and "to-be" processes, identifying gaps and opportunities
Engaging with stakeholders across business and technology
Defining and managing functional requirements through to delivery
Supporting procurement, testing, and implementation activities
Identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement
