Contract: Outside IR35 Rate: £400 per day Duration: ASAP start until end of March Location: Majority remote, with travel to London
Initially 1–2 days per week Reducing to once every 2–4 weeks Eligibility: Must be UK basedOverview We are supporting a consultancy delivering a central government programme spanning health and data services. The programme requires an experienced Business Analyst to support stakeholder engagement, service definition, and detailed process mapping across multiple organisations.
This role will play a key part in clarifying responsibilities, defining scope, and supporting the transition of services and products onto a new data platform.
Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders across central government and health organisations Elicit, document and validate service and operational requirements Produce detailed process maps showing ownership, responsibilities, tools and environments Clearly define what is in scope and out of scope for service support Support scenario-based understanding of day-to-day operational responsibilities Identify capability gaps, resourcing needs and upskilling requirements Produce analysis to support business cases and future procurement activityEssential Experience Proven Business Analyst experience within central government or public sector environments Strong stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-organisation programmes Excellent process mapping and service definition skills Experience supporting data, platform or service transitions Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-moving environments We expect significant interest so please apply for CV review
