Business Analyst - ERP / Finance & Procurement
12-Month Contract | Up to £600/day (Outside IR35)
Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site
I'm supporting an exsisting logitics client of mine in their search for an experienced Business Analyst with strong ERP/Dynamics expertise and deep knowledge of finance and procurement processes. This is a business-facing role, supporting a significant digital transformation programme.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering BA work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and a track record of ERP system implementations.
Role Overview
You will own the full requirements lifecycle, from discovery through to UAT and post-go-live support. You will work closely with business teams, vendors, and technical teams to bring clarity and structure to complex workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery activities, workshops, interviews, and process analysis
Document and manage requirements for ERP, finance, and procurement systems
Produce BA artefacts: user stories, process maps, use cases, workflows
Validate solution design with internal teams and vendors
Support data, integration, and process alignment
Drive UAT planning, scripting, coordination, and defect management
Support cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure adoption
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong experience as a Business Analyst on ERP/Dynamics, finance, or procurement implementations
Full lifecycle experience: discovery → requirements → testing → post-go-live support
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Strong analytical, process design, and documentation skills
Comfortable working in environments with varying change maturity
Desirable:
Experience in complex, multi-stream programmes
Knowledge of procure-to-pay, master data governance, and system integrations
Background in consulting or large-scale transformation programmes
