We’re seeking a Business Analyst - Finance Transformation to play a pivotal role in driving change across our Finance function. You’ll assess impacts, identify efficiency opportunities, and support successful adoption of transformation initiatives. Acting as a facilitator, you’ll help resolve risks and issues while delivering high‑quality analysis and recommendations to enable informed decision‑making.

Responsibilities:

Requirements & Analysis: Gather and document requirements, map current vs. future processes, and identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and automation.

Impact & Risk Assessment: Evaluate change impacts, highlight risks, and ensure lessons learned are embedded in project delivery.

Change Management & Communications: Partner with Transformation Managers to design communications, training, and workshops that drive awareness and adoption.

Project Support: Contribute to business cases, documentation, testing, and delivery activities, ensuring alignment with Finance objectives.

Data & Reporting: Analyse Finance and operational data to provide insights on efficiency, performance, and adoption success.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

Essential:

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Change Analyst, or similar role, preferably in Finance or transformation programmes.

* Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis.

* Experience facilitating workshops and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.

* Knowledge of Finance processes (record-to-report, FP&A, reporting, compliance).

* Strong communication skills with the ability to develop change materials and deliver clear messaging.

* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Desirable:

* Experience supporting ERP (Microsoft D365 F&O, SAP, Oracle, etc.) implementations.

* Exposure to project/change methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma).

* Knowledge of risk, compliance, and control frameworks in financial services
