Role Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation across people, process and technology change. Work with senior policing stakeholders and operational teams to understand challenges and define future solutions. Support the design of new operating models, improved ways of working and digitally enabled services. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and analysis activities in a sensitive, highly scrutinised setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, aligned and strategically sound.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large transformation or organisational change programme - ideally within a Justice or Policing environment.
