Salary: £40,000 plus 17.5% bonus and other Veolia benefits

Location: Hybrid working 3 days in our London head office N1 9JY

What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
Conducting feasibility studies: Assess the viability of proposed solutions by analyzing costs, benefits, and risks.
Analysing and documenting business processes: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing processes.
Creating functional specifications: Define the detailed requirements for software development or system enhancements.
Collaborating with the digital transformation team and internal stakeholders: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business requirements.
Conducting user acceptance testing: Validate that the implemented solutions meet the business needs and perform a
What we're looking for:
Essential:
GCSE A-C,
At least one programming language (JavaScript, or C#) or experience with web design or development or Content Management Tools
Experience in gathering and documenting business processes and/or requirements
Attention to detail,
Good Communicator
Experience with Salesforce and Operational Systems
Desirable:
Understanding of UI and UX best practises
Experience within the Waste Industry
Degree or BCS Practitioner in Business Analysis
Competent use of Lucid Charts
Google Suite with excellent knowledge of Google Sheets, including pivot tables, v-lookups and general data manipulation.
