Entasis Partners have been retained by a leading management consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations enhance their performance through strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Role Highlights

· Position: Business Architect

· Location: London (Hybrid working model – Office & Home)

· Salary: Up to £100,000 + bonus + benefits (dependant on experience)

What You’ll do:

Design and develop comprehensive business architecture strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers. Provide expert consulting services to clients, strategic advice and actionable insights to drive business transformation. Advise and verbally deliver operating model centric strategies and solutions. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop detailed business cases. Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in management consulting, with a focus on financial services or insurance. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Strong experience in developing and implementing business architecture frameworks and strategies. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Success in managing large-scale projects, including scope, timeline, and resource management. Familiarity with relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CBAP, or PMP are advantageous. Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
