We are seeking an experienced

Business Case Writer

to join a key public sector project. You will be responsible for producing a comprehensive and compelling Full Business Case (FBC) that strictly adheres to the

HM Treasury Green Book principles . This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in public sector business case writing to make a significant impact on a high-profile initiative. The Role: You will be expected to produce a compelling written narrative across the

5-case model , which includes the Strategic, Economic, Commercial, Financial, and Management cases. Key responsibilities will include: Producing a draft and final FBC document by the agreed deadlines.

Working closely with the client to allocate owners for content and managing the collation of all necessary information.

Transposing complex data and information into the FBC document.

Collaborating directly with a Cost Modeller on the Financial Case.

Key Skills & Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Case Writer within the public sector.

In-depth knowledge and practical application of the

HM Treasury Green Book .

Proven ability to write and structure a 5-case model.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage information from multiple sources.
