Lead Talent Consultant at Addition Solutions

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and evolving a full-scale Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme
• Driving alignment to ISO 22301, ISO 22313, and ISO 22316 standards
• Creating and maintaining Business Impact Analyses and Business Continuity Plans
• Working across teams to embed continuity planning into business culture
• Facilitating regular scenario-based crisis exercises and readiness reviews
• Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and licence requirements
• Building strong internal relationships to drive awareness and engagement
• Delivering BCMS training and promoting resilience across the organisation
• Supporting risk assessments and crisis management plan development

Main Skills Needed:

• Background in Business Continuity with CBCI or similar certification
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 22301 and related frameworks
• Hands-on experience with risk, crisis and incident management
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Skilled in planning, facilitation and managing complex projects
• Comfortable in high-pressure, regulated environments
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
