Working 2 -3 days per week at our offices in Nottinghamshire, we are seeking a commercially minded professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and partnership developmentideally within health and social care. With over 25 years of experience delivering specialist support to clients with complex needs, we are positioned for expansion. This role is central to driving that growth, strengthening our market presence, and securing long-term commercial relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across the UK healthcare landscape. Manage the full sales cycle , from prospecting and pitching to negotiation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Social Workers, Case Managers, hospitals, residential services, and nursing homes. Conduct targeted outreach via online professional networks, email, telephone, and in-person or virtual meetings.
