Business Development Consultant (Recruitment)

We are looking for a competitive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to work within our contract recruitment division. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, building client relationships and contributing to the growth of our contract division.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and win new business opportunities in the contract recruitment market
* Build and manage a pipeline of prospect clients across your sector
* Conduct outbound sales activity
* Develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure maximum growth of contract division and delivery of contract placements
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
* 1–2+ years in a BDE or sales role within contract recruitment or a similar B2B sales environment
* Strong track record of winning new business and hitting sales targets
* Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in contract recruitment is desirable but not essential
