US Law Support are currently recruiting for a newly created Business Development Coordinator vacancy, to work in the London office of a leading and expanding US law firm.

Working as part of a collaborative, international team, the Business Development Coordinator will assist with client requests, event logistics and generalist BD activities.

Typical duties will include:

• Compiling client and prospective client information and draft responses for requests for proposals and pitches
• Creating and updating business development collateral
• Compiling business and industry research in support of new business opportunities
• Tracking client information in the client relationship management system
• Assisting with event/webinar management and logistics
• Assisting with conference participation, including preparation of materials and logistics
• Developing strong working relationships with practice attorneys and other members of the BD team
• Assisting with other administrative and project management tasks

This is an excellent opportunity for a degree-educated BD Assistant/Coordinator with circa 1-2+ years of prior experience gained from within a law firm or professional services environment, to join a thriving and progressive team.
