Are you an ambitious BD professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a market‑leading international law firm, is seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Business Development Coordinator to join their high-performing Marketing & Business Development team.

About the Role

In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in supporting partners and senior BD managers across key practice groups. This is an ideal role for someone ready to step up, take ownership and build strong internal relationships.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting pitch and proposal development, including credentials, capability statements and RfPs
• Coordinating client development activities, events and targeted campaigns
• Maintaining and enhancing CRM data and BD reporting
• Drafting content such as directory submissions, team profiles and client updates
• Conducting market, client and competitor research to inform strategic BD initiatives
• Collaborating with fee earners to drive engagement and BD best practice

About You

• Experienced in a BD or marketing role, ideally in legal or professional services
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• A strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills
