The Role
Creating, designing and implementing interior landscapes, floral and Christmas designs. Managing a portfolio of clients and developing new ones. Combining horticulture expertise with design principles to enhance well‑being of occupants in offices, hotels, shopping centres, etc.; selecting plants, designing layouts, overseeing installation, creating maintenance plans, staying updated on trends, managing budgets and timelines, communicating with stakeholders.
Essential skills
Sales background Collaboration, communication, problem‑solving, project management, attention to detail.
Preferred but not essential skills
Knowledge of plant types, care requirements, design principles, and sustainable practices.
Responsibilities
Deliver sales versus an agreed target. Generate leads in the field. Nurture relationships with new and existing customers. Offer excellent customer service. Work towards and achieve set KPIs and targets.
Requirements
Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points. Self‑motivated and target‑driven. Excellent problem solver. Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Background in retail or sales; expected to work face‑to‑face with customers daily. Outgoing, naturally creative individual. Competent IT skills. May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
