We are looking for an experienced, impactful Brand Partnerships sales professional to work with us in winning new business, and in evolving our brand activation and partnership strategy.

MATTA is an independent, forward-thinking, digital-first creative agency for sport and lifestyle. Our work has won multiple awards, and we have been Agency of the Year several times over.

We build brands, starting with a compelling positioning with which to hatch big ideas, translating these into digital and social strategies. We are experts in brand design and activation, we create advertising campaigns and we produce social content. We have a design, video, and edit studio in-house. We are based in London, but the majority of our work is global.Our clients are iconic rightsholders, clubs and brands, including ATP Tour, ICC, The FA, R&A, PWR, England Rugby, Chelsea Women, Tottenham Hotspur, EA7, Clinique, to name a few.

We have gained a reputation for developing brand partnerships that connect with fans in an authentic way, and are are looking for an experienced, impactful Brand Partnerships sales professional to build from this solid platform and work with us in winning new business, and in evolving our brand activation and partnership strategy, playing a key role in shaping how brands show up in sport - through unforgettable brand activations and game-changing campaigns.

As someone who is deeply familiar with the sports and cultural landscape, from global leagues to grassroots movements, you will spot opportunities for our clients to forge new partnerships, and you will represent the agency externally, in pitches, panels and networking, in order to raise our profile and to pursue new business opportunities. Working as a trusted partner of some of the most exciting names in sports and lifestyle, you will collaborate closely with our creative, production and strategy teams in crafting work that has a genuine cultural impact.

Job requirements

To succeed in this role you need to have a proven track record in business development within the sports, entertainment or lifestyle sectors, with a particular focus on brand marketing, partnerships or activations. You are well connected in our industry, with both rightsholders and brands, and have previously worked in a creative agency. We are particularly interested in meeting professionals who have experience with women’s sport and with female-first brands.

This is a permanent role, although we are also open to a fixed term arrangement. You will need to spend around half of your time working from our office in London Bridge.
