Business Development Director – Contract Catering B&I – London - Up to £110,000 + commission We are looking for a fantastic, senior sales professional, to head up the sales function for an exciting and growing B&I Contract Caterer. About the position: Your overall responsibility will be to improve the market position and financial growth of the company. You will be strategic in your approach and will work alongside your support team to deliver the best results. You will love the whole sales process and thrive on getting the deal done! You will be able to demonstrate excellent client and consultant relationships and be comfortable working alongside the senior leadership team both from a sales capacity and an operational standing. You will have an excellent technical ability and be confident in all aspects of the tender process including HR and presentation. It is not imperative that you come from a Contract Catering background, but a fundamental understanding of the sector would useful. Ideal Business Development Director: You will be able to demonstrate leadership and success at a senior sales level. You will come from a proven Business Development background within hospitality. Ambitious and hungry to succeed with a love of food. Must work well under pressure, be extremely organised and willing to go the extra mile. Polished and well presented.
