Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Junior Associate to drive a partner-led acquisition model targeting students moving to the UK for higher education. This is a sales-focused role responsible for building and managing a distribution network of education consultants, accommodation providers, and other student service partners who will promote and facilitate pre-arrival account openings for students in India.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Sales
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners such as education consultants, accommodation providers, and student service organizations.
- Drive account acquisition targets by enabling partners to promote the product effectively.
- Develop partner engagement initiatives including training, incentives, and performance tracking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners and manage ongoing relationships.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Systems) to support partner onboarding and product delivery.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities through partnerships within the student ecosystem.
- Support leadership in tracking conversion metrics and sales performance.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and report channel performance and KPIs using Excel, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for partner incentive payouts and reporting.
Marketing & Outreach
- Support education fairs, webinars, and student events to promote the product.
- Align digital marketing and partner outreach strategies to increase visibility and lead generation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
- Experience or strong connections within the international student ecosystem (education consultants, student services, accommodation providers) is preferred.
- Understanding of UK education timelines, visa processes, and international student needs is an advantage.
Key Skills
- Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and drive results.
