We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our Clients growing Industry team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys researching, outbound calling, and is motivated by uncovering new business opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for many of their prospective clients, creating qualified leads and booking meaningful meetings for the Estimating Team. Please note the following: This is not a closing/sales role ; your success comes from opening doors, not closing deals This is a fully office-based role, not hybrid A great fit for someone who enjoys teamwork, structure, and high-quality customer interactions What You'll Be Doing
Making 10-25 outbound calls per day to professionals such as Site Managers, Project Managers, QS Managers, Estimators, Pre-Construction teams, Buyers and H&S leads within the Industry sector, covering Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Renewables and more. Speaking with around
