In a nutshell…

As Lumon’s Business Development Executive in Greece, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You’ll identify, win and build strong relationships with real estate businesses, understand their needs, and generate high-quality clients into our international payment and FX solutions.


Your day to day will be the following…

  • Proactively prospecting real estate businesses through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and in-person meetings
  • Building a strong pipeline by identifying new partners and opportunities across Greece
  • Owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation and close
  • Presenting Lumon’s solutions and positioning them to match client needs
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
  • Staying up to date with market trends and competitor activity


You should apply if...

  • Have a proven track record of exceeding B2B sales targets in high-performance environments
  • Bring experience in real estate sales, FX, or financial services
  • Understand the Greek real estate market and its key players
  • Communicate fluently in Greek and English (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrate a solutions-led, consultative selling approach
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently
  • Willing to travel frequently (up to 70–80% of the time)
