Salary: Competitive salary + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000–£60,000) + benefits

We provide high-quality products and services to our clients, and we are now looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to help us grow even further.
About the RoleThis is an exciting role where you will be finding new customers, building relationships, and helping us win new contracts. You will meet with businesses, understand what they need, and show them how our products and services can help them. You will work closely with our team to make sure customers get the best possible experience.
Main Responsibilities- Find and contact potential new customers by phone, email, meetings, and events.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Arrange and attend meetings to discuss clients’ needs and explain our services.
- Prepare proposals and quotes for customers.
- Negotiate prices and contracts that work for both the client and the company.
- Keep accurate records of your work using our systems.
- Work with our marketing and operations teams to help deliver what clients need.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when speaking with people.
- Ability to build trust and relationships quickly.
- Organised and able to manage your own workload.
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Driving licence and own car.
- Competitive salary ( depending on experience).
- Uncapped commission — the more you sell, the more you earn.

- Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm (some flexibility needed for events or client meetings).
- Hybrid working available after probation (mix of office, home, and client visits).
