Join a leading international law firm and play a key role in driving business development. Based in the London office, you'll work closely with lawyers and BD professionals to create compelling proposals, pitches, and marketing initiatives that win business and strengthen client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Lead proposals from start to finish, analyse requests, manage timelines, draft and refine documents.
  • Craft engaging content and capability statements, case studies, lawyer bios, and more.
  • Drive BD strategy and identify client targets, research opportunities, and support cross-office projects.
  • Manage systems and maintain proposal tools, track experience, and promote best practices.
  • Support visibility and coordinate directory submissions, awards, events, and sponsorships.


Qualifications

  • Graduate degree and 3+ years of experience in BD, marketing, or proposals.


Required Skills

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in the energy sector is a plus.
  • Flexible and proactively be able to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Additional languages and proposal/project management training are desirable.
