A New Business Lead required to join an award-winning global media, marketing and tech business, based in London, offering a competitive base salary and commission incentives to exceed £60k per annum.


The business is looking for a dynamic and versatile Business Development / Growth Manager to join an ambitious, central team of new business generation specialists. Expect a fast-paced, commercially focused role for someone who’s equal parts strategist, connector and communicator.


Working across the company’s performance marketing / Paid Media division, the Business Development / Growth Manager will help drive and convert the sales pipeline, operationalise CRM systems, nurture partner relationships, support pitches, craft compelling proposals and deliver insight-led reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead targeted outreach and account-based marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage the HubSpot CRM to maintain up-to-date pipeline data and accurate forecasting.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key media partners and new business intermediaries.
  • Lead and support pitch responses, ensuring best-in-class proposals and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to drive efficiency and consistency across the pitch process.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the agency’s proposition, growth strategy and market expansion.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a growth, sales or partnerships role within a digital or media agency.
  • Proven ability to build and convert new business pipelines through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, eCommerce, and marketing technology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic, commercially minded and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
