Business Development & Investment Analyst

London – West End

Residential & Mixed-Use Investment Agency


Our client, a long-established West End investment agency, is seeking a Business Development & Investment Analyst to support the next phase of their growth. The firm advises on income-producing, mixed-use and residential-led assets across London and the South East and is currently strengthening its origination and analytical capability as part of a wider modernisation.

This role combines business development, opportunity sourcing and hands-on investment analysis, offering direct exposure to live transactions and senior leadership.


The Role


Business Development & Origination

• Source residential, mixed-use and income-producing opportunities using platforms such as Searchland, Nimbus and LandInsight

• Generate, qualify and prioritise new leads across London and the South East

• Engage with property owners, developers and investors to secure new instructions

• Support the expansion of our client’s origination pipeline


Investment Analysis & Deal Preparation

• Analyse opportunities using key investment metrics (yields, returns, lease structures, development potential)

• Prepare clear and accurate investment summaries and marketing materials

• Support pricing discussions, valuations and deal structuring with the senior team

• Assist in bringing opportunities to market and progressing live transactions


Client & Market Insight

• Maintain accurate client account information

• Present suitable opportunities to private and institutional investors

• Track market trends, pricing shifts and planning activity to inform internal strategy


Candidate Profile

Experience


• Minimum 2 years in real estate investment, development consultancy or related professional services

• Comfortable using Searchland, Nimbus, LandInsight or similar platforms

• Understanding of income-producing assets, development potential and basic appraisal metrics

Package

Base salary: up to £40,000

Performance-based incentives available
