My client is a specialist provider of property finance in the UK.
Overview of role:
This is a position for a Business Development Manager in Bridging Finance on a fully remote basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, managing and growing introducer relationships, presenting and structuring finance deals, and overseeing the process from initial enquiry through to completion. The role involves proactive networking, strategic business development, and ensuring a high level of service and communication throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and convert new bridging finance opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers, and property professionals • Present, negotiate, and structure bespoke finance solutions • Manage deals from enquiry through to drawdown • Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams to ensure smooth completions • Develop and implement growth strategies in line with business goals
Requirements:
