We are looking for a Business Development Manager to generate and secure new business across multiple sectors and locations. This is a hands-on role for someone proactive, ambitious, and confident in developing their own opportunities while collaborating with a supportive Indoor Sales team who assist with lead generation and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an annual new business revenue target of £500,000+, with clear monthly and quarterly milestones Identify, research, and approach new prospects across target sectors Generate and attend meetings, supported by our internal sales team Build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term, profitable accounts Understand customer operational requirements and provide tailored Sameday logistics solutions Prepare professional proposals, tenders, and presentations Negotiate effectively while maintaining strong margins Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management using CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous)Experience
