to drive strategic growth across the UK and international markets within the defence, aerospace, and obsolescence sectors. While experience in these sectors is advantageous, we are open to candidates from other industries who can demonstrate a strong, transferable sales skillset and a proven ability to deliver results.

What Were Looking For
Proven business development or sales experience with a strong record of achieving and exceeding targets
A highly developed commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
Strategic thinker with strong pipeline management and forecasting ability
Self-motivated, driven, and confident working autonomously
Willingness to travel within the UK for customer meetings and internationally for overseas exhibitions and industry events
Full UK driving licence
Experience within defence, aerospace, or obsolescence sectors is desirable but not essential. We value strong sales capability, resilience, and the ability to adapt to complex, technical markets.
The Role
Identify and secure new business opportunities across target markets
Build and nurture long-term client relationships across the UK and internationally
Represent UKC Group at UK customer meetings, overseas exhibitions, and industry events
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and tender submissions
Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure successful delivery
Achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets and KPIs
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting
