Join Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG), the UK’s market leader in specialist services to the construction and facilities management sectors. Our Electrical Services division is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help us grow our national client base.

What you’ll do:

• Generate new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and targeted lead generation
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Manage and expand revenue from existing client accounts
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quotations, tenders, and proposals
• Deliver engaging, professional presentations to prospective and current clients
• Accurately forecast sales and submit timely weekly/monthly reports
• Keep up to date with the electrical compliance and facilities management market
  
  

• Minimum three years’ success in a similar business development or sales role
• Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organised, motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience selling services into facilities, estates, maintenance, or procurement managers (desirable)
• Strong understanding of solution-based selling
• Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Full, clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
