Apply Now for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the Business Development Manager (Events & Hospitality Sales) include:Business Development: Identify new B2B sales opportunities, corporate bookings and revenue streamsClient Acquisition: Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach and proactive prospectingPipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline, bookings and enquiries using CRM systemsSales Conversion: Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and convert into confirmed event bookingsRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsSales Strategy: Support the development and execution of sales plans to achieve KPIs and targetsClient Meetings: Conduct show arounds and face-to-face meetings with prospective clientsAdministration: Manage contracts, invoicing, reporting, function sheets and pre-ordersData & Outreach: Re-engage previous bookers and utilise data for lead generationCommunication: Liaise regularly with internal teams and clients to ensure deliveryOrganisation: Maintain accurate CRM records, calendars and communication logsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in business development, B2B sales or hospitality salesProven experience of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthExperience with CRM systems and pipeline management toolsStrong communication skills including presentations, negotiation and client engagementAbility to build and manage long-term client relationshipsA background in hospitality, events, venues, bars or restaurantsExcellent organisation, planning and time management skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven and proactive approach to salesConfident telephone manner with the ability to close dealsExperience using LinkedIn for lead generation and networkingMust have the right to work in the UK and be based in LondonHOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
