Our client is seeking a confident, self-starting Business Development Manager who can engage key stakeholders and employers within the maritime industry, helping to increase reach, reputation, and programme uptake. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: * A strong understanding of maritime sector training needs * A proven track record in sales and/or recruitment * Knowledge of government-funded training programmes (desirable, not essential) The Business Development Manager role may be suitable as a secondment opportunity.
