Salary: £45,000 + Bonus
Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
A leading UK-based product development consultancy is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join its growing commercial team. You'll play a key role in expanding market presence, generating leads, and building strong client relationships across the UK.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution. You'll represent the company at industry events, develop client relationships, and collaborate with internal technical teams to win high-value consultancy projects.
We're open to candidates based in or near Edinburgh (with hybrid working) or fully remote (UK-based) for those with relevant consultancy experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, events, and outreach
Build brand awareness in new and existing markets
Attend and network at key industry events and tradeshows
Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare project proposals
Manage CRM and pipeline with strong follow-through
Identify relevant sponsorship and membership opportunities
Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients
