About the role
As a Business Development Manager / Networker, you’ll be pivotal in growing the company’s client base and reinforcing its presence throughout the South. Your mission:

Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with new prospects—especially landlords, property developers, workplaces, and corporate clients seeking transformations or fit-out services.

Present tailored design & build solutions, conveying how they can enhance brand identity, employee wellbeing, functionality, and long-term value.

Collaborate with internal teams (design consultants, project managers, workplace strategists) to ensure alignment from pitch through delivery.

Maintain a robust pipeline—from initial contact, through proposal, to conversion.
