Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to support client acquisition and relationship growth across the firm’s fiduciary and corporate services offering.
This is a relationship-led, consultative role, working with private clients, intermediaries and professional advisers across complex structures and multiple jurisdictions. You will play a key role in helping the business expand its UK footprint while leveraging its international capabilities.
The position offers genuine visibility and the opportunity to make an immediate impact as the firm continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop and convert new client relationships across private wealth, corporate and funds structures
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with intermediaries, advisers and professional partners
* Develop tailored, multi-jurisdictional solutions aligned to client objectives and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with legal, fiduciary and client services teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution
* Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and drive proposals through to completion
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking forums
* Monitor market developments and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development within fiduciary services, corporate services, private wealth or fund structures
* Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional corporate and trust environments (e.g. UK, BVI, Cayman or similar)
* Ability to build credibility with sophisticated clients and intermediaries
* Demonstrable track record of generating new business and managing client relationships
* Commercially driven, proactive and confident in an outward-facing role
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (legal, finance or related field advantageous)
