The UK is a strategic growth market for us.The RoleWe are expanding our commercial team in the UK and are looking for a driven sales professional to accelerate our growth in the senior living and healthcare sector. In this role, you will work closely with our existing Business Development Manager and the broader UK team to expand Nobi’s presence in the UK market. Together you will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and convert opportunities into impactful partnerships and sales. You will combine strategic opportunity development with hands‑on deal execution, helping care providers adopt technology that improves both resident safety and staff efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Commercial Growth in the UKIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the UK care home, retirement living and healthcare sectors.Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers across care home groups, healthcare organisations and partner networks.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and product demonstrations to prospective customers.Close commercial deals and contribute directly to UK revenue growth.Develop the MarketConduct market research to identify trends, emerging segments and new opportunities within the UK senior living and healthcare landscape.Represent Nobi at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence.Leverage industry connections to open doors and accelerate sales cycles.Manage Relationships & PartnershipsManage and grow relationships with existing customers and partners across the UK.Ensure excellent customer experience and support long‑term account development.Collaborate InternallyWork closely with the UK sales colleague, marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.Provide market feedback to help refine Nobi’s product offering and positioning.Support the documentation and follow‑up of pilots and new projects.What We’re Looking For8+ years of experience in business development or B2B salesProven ability to build relationships and close dealsStrong existing network within the UK care home / senior living sectorExperience in healthcare, medtech, SaaS or senior livingUnderstanding of the UK Health & Social Care landscape is a strong plusStrong communication and presentation skillsComfortable working in a scale‑up environment with autonomyWillingness to travel across the UKWhy Join NobiThe UK is a top strategic growth market for NobiYou will be part of shaping its commercial trajectoryOpportunity to make meaningful social impact through technologyHelp grow an innovative product in a rapidly evolving care sectorWork in a small, ambitious and collaborative teamCompetitive salary with performance‑based incentivesFlexible working environment.
