If you are ambitious, commercially sharp, and ready to progress into a future leadership role, we want to hear from you.About the roleNew Business SalesProactively identify, target, and win new SME customersOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal and closeBuild and manage a healthy pipeline across telecoms, Microsoft, and IT solutionsAchieve and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly targetsSolution Led SellingConduct meaningful discovery with business owners and decision makersPosition hosted telephony, Microsoft 365, and Copilot as business productivity and efficiency solutionsBundle services to create long term managed service contractsWork closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are commercially and operationally viableGrowth & StrategyContribute to sales strategy, pricing, and service packagingProvide market insight on customer needs and competitor activityRepresent the business professionally in the local marketLeadership ProgressionAs the business grows, you will:Help define scalable sales processes and KPIsMentor and support junior sales team membersAssist with recruitment and onboarding of future sales hiresProgress into a Head of Sales role over timeCommission StructureWe value high quality, sustainable sales and our structure is geared up to reward that:Uncapped Commission paid onNew business salesNew recurring gross profitAccelerators apply once target is exceeded, includingHigher commission rates above 100% of targetEnhanced rewards for multi service or higher value dealsAdditional incentives for bundled servicesAbout youEssentialsProven new business sales experience within telecoms, MSP, or IT servicesStrong understanding of hosted telephony / VoIPExperience selling Microsoft 365 or cloud solutionsConfident pipeline management and forecastingExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFull UK driving licenceExperience selling Microsoft Copilot or AI led solutionsExperience selling IT hardware as part of managed solutionsPrevious mentoring or informal leadership experienceCommercial Leadership & Professionalism:You are a high-calibre, results-oriented professional who leads by example, consistently driving growth and fostering high-value client partnerships. Possessing sophisticated negotiation and presentation skills, you excel at translating complex IT and Telecoms solutions into compelling, easy-to-understand value propositions for diverse stakeholders.
